When you have chosen a lot, you will fill out the information form and put the lot # on it, then you will wire the money. You will get a receipt from the bank for the wire transfer and then you will fax the completed information form and a copy of your receipt for the wire transfer to:

No the homes are not attached, each home has it’s own lot and the distance in square feet from one house to the next is usually 16ft.
No Gore Homes does not build additions they only build standard two bedroom homes.
Yes, you would be allowed to build a two story structure at the back, all expansion to the house needs to have Parish Council approval.
Yes you can build an addition at the back and sides of your Gore Home. Each Gore Home comes with a sample expansion plan courtesy of Gore Homes. Each home owner must get their own plans and apply for Parish Council approval.
Each development is different but the range is typically $1,000 JA -$2,500 JA a month.
You can wire the money directly from your bank to Gore Developments Ltd or you can pay by bank check, which can be sent directly to Gore Developments Ltd.
Potential purchasers can use their relationships with NHT, JN, VMBS or any other bank or credit union that provides mortgages. The difference between lenders will be rates and also the % of the total purchase price they will lend.
