INNSWOOD VILLAGE 2002-2006

Innswood Village Housing Development is located 3 kilometres from the Old Harbour Road Round-a-bout. The scheme is approximately 15 minutes from the centre of Spanish Town, St. Catherine. Innswood is known for its tropical greenery and has many play areas for outdoor activities and community interaction.

The units are 620 sq. ft. and are situated on approximately 3,500 sq. ft of land which gives home owners adequate space for expansion. These units are also designed for upward expansion. Innswood Village handover was completed in April 2006.

BOGUE VILLAGE 2002- 2006

The Bogue Village Housing Project was the beginning of a new era for Gore Developments Limited (GDL) in the Western region of Jamaica. This project is located off the scenic Bogue Main Road, approximately 3.5kilometres/20 minutes south of the famed Montego Bay, on 252 acres of prime land.

The development boost 1600 detached 2 bedrooms units which were carefully designed and supervised by Architects – Portico Limited and our innovative and dynamic Chairman – Phillip Gore. The development is broken down into five (5) phases with the final set of units to be handed over by October 2006.

ELTHAM ACRES 2000-2002

Etham Acres, another Joint Venture with the Ministry of Housing is located off Brunswick Avenue, in St. Catherine and consists of 501 2 bedrooms detached and semi-detached units.

Eltham Acres is a beauty with some units elevated to give a panoramic view of the scheme.

WEST CUMBERLAND 1997 – 2000

West Cumberland, another prime product from GDL, and a Joint Venture with the Ministry of Housing was one of the largest development in St. Catherine, it is also a redesign of Braeton, Newtown. Christopher Gore our vibrant and dynamic Managing Director at GDL, was the Site Manager at the time, overseeing the development of our dreams.

The project consists of 939 detached and semi-detached units which were constructed in 3 phases. These 3 phases are known as THE PALMS, THE OAKS, AND THE WILLOW of West Cumberland, interesting!! Isn’t it?

GORE TUCA INVESTMENTS LIMITED 1991-1995

Gore Tuca returned to Braeton to complete+ phases 4-7 of the project building a whopping 1,000 units to facilitate the growth and development taking place in St. Catherine at that time.

SURREY MEADOWS LIMITED 1981 – 1985

Surrey Meadows, one of the earlier projects undertaken by us is located north of Independence City, on the border of Caymanas Park. One Hundred and Seventy Five (175) units.

GORE TUCA INVESTMENTS LIMITED 1973-1980

Gore Tuca Investments included the construction of Braeton Phases 1 to 3, a total of 1500 semi-detached units.

The scheme is situated along the south bound side of the Hellshire Main Road as one heads east and is approximately 250 metres east of Greater Portmore Service Station and approximately 5 minutes away from the Greater Portmore Shopping Mall.

CAYMANAS GARDENS 1973 – 1980

The development is located in the Gregory Park area adjoining Surrey Meadows. Five Hundred (500) units were constructed by Gore Tuca Investments Ltd.
