With a career spanning over thirty-five (35) years in the construction industry, Mr. Gore has earned a reputation for providing strong leadership in the building industry, as evidenced by his past Chairmanship and Presidency of the Jamaica Developers Association and the Incorporated Masterbuilders Association.

The Gore Group of Companies undertakes all areas of construction, specializing in Infrastructure works and System Building. Our most notable successes being Braeton New Town, West Cumberland Housing, Innswood Village in St. Cathrine and Bouge Village in Montego Bay.

In order to position GDL for continued growth, Mr. Gore has established a cohesive strategy to provide purchasers with affordable housing solutions offering good value and excellent customer service, while retaining his focus as a high volume production home builder and developer.

Mr. Gore is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, tennis, swimming and horse racing. He is married and has two daughters and one son.

CHRISTOPHER GORE
Managing Director

As Director for the Gore Group of Companies and Project Manager for Gore Developments Limited, Christopher Gore is responsible for the construction and delivery of the houses in our development scheme in accordance with scheduled work programs. He manages the office on Site and the overall operations, cost control, material purchases and labour relations.

Mr. Gore ensures that the relevant approvals from the Government regulatory agencies and bodies are obtained. He co-ordinates with the various professionals on site to ensure that all technical specifications are adhered to resulting in producing quality houses.

Mr. Gore was quite instrumental in the infrastructure works for our last scheme, Bouge Village and Innswood Village.

Prior to joining Gore Developments Limited, he was the Sales Manager of Gore & Company Ltd, and Manager of Peppers Bar and Club. He was exposed to construction in his first position as Purchasing Manager with Gore Tuca Investments Ltd.

Mr. Gore is an avid sports enthusiast and is also married.
